Responsibilities
Lead and manage cybersecurity programs with a focus on IAM initiatives
Facilitate and coordinate work across engineering teams, product teams, and business stakeholders
Ensure teams are aligned, unblocked, and delivering against critical milestones
Push initiatives forward by driving accountability and maintaining clear visibility into progress
Communicate program status frequently and proactively across all levels of the organization
Balance near-term and long-term deliverables — e.g., managing next Wednesday’s deadline while staying focused on this Friday’s priority
Meet engineering teams 'where they are' to understand technical constraints, while aligning business partners to program goals
Identify risks, escalate issues early, and maintain strong control over timelines
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Program Manager or Technical PM supporting cybersecurity programs
Strong background in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or related security domains
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives within large technology organizations
Ability to work with engineering teams and translate technical requirements into actionable plans
Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and stakeholder-facing — with a bias toward clarity and frequency
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple competing priorities with urgency
Confident in facilitating meetings, driving alignment, and holding teams accountable
