Responsibilities
Own the internal operations product end-to-end, from design to deployment
Work in a small pod with an iOS engineer to build and iterate full-stack features (Python/Django, React, PostgreSQL, AWS)
Ship fast, get your first PR merged in week one and maintain a high release cadence
Operate with a product mindset, turning problem descriptions into working solutions without heavy process
Occasionally contribute to customer-facing features, but focus ~90% on internal operations tooling
Qualification
Required
2+ years of full-stack engineering experience using Python/Django and React in production
Strong in web fundamentals (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and relational databases (PostgreSQL)
Confident working in AWS-backed environments and willing to touch infra as needed
Prefer in-person collaboration and enjoy building alongside teammates rather than in silos
Preferred
Startup-minded builder: independent, scrappy, and comfortable with high ownership and ambiguity
