Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models and data-driven solutions
Lead end-to-end machine learning lifecycle: data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring
Build and optimize deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics models
Architect ML pipelines and MLOps frameworks for production environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Product Managers, and Business Stakeholders
Mentor junior data scientists and ML engineers
Ensure model performance, scalability, reliability, and security
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and implement best practices
Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets
Provide technical leadership in AI strategy and roadmap planning
Qualification
Required
12+ years of IT experience with 6+ years in AI/ML development
Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Scala
Expertise in ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn
Experience with Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning
Strong knowledge of statistics, probability, and linear algebra
Experience working with Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker
Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases
Strong understanding of model deployment using Docker and Kubernetes
Experience in building REST APIs for ML services
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
