Responsibilities
Process surplus property intake and documents
Research specifications and value of property to be sold/auctioned
Assign sale prices to property
Create and maintain files and records
Answer telephone and assist callers
Process daily incoming and outgoing mail
Order office supplies
Take photos of items to be auctioned
Post and monitor online auctions
Assist the public and others with information on merchandise
Prepare final sale of items
Retrieve sale items to be purchased or photographed
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of experience providing customer service in an office environment
At least 1 year of experience utilizing office equipment
At least 1 year of experience preparing and processing documents
