Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Performance Testing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and implementing performance tests using JMeter

As a Performance Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing system performance requirements, designing test scenarios, executing tests, and generating performance reports

Design and develop performance test scripts using Apache JMeter

Execute performance, load, and stress tests on applications, services, and systems

Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for bug fixes and performance improvements

Identify and recommend performance optimizations based on test results and observations

Monitor application/system performance during load tests and identify bottlenecks

Prepare comprehensive test reports and present findings to stakeholders

Required

Minimum of 4 years of experience in performance testing using JMeter or similar tools, including strong understanding of performance testing methodologies, tools, and processes

Minimum of 4 years of experience in web technologies HTTP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and web services REST, SOAP

Minimum of 4 years of experience analyzing performance metrics and identify performance bottlenecks

High School Diploma or GED

Preferred

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams

Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail

Bachelors or Associates degree
