Responsibilities
User Lifecycle & Access: End-to-end management of Fusion ERP user accounts, role assignments (RBAC), and SOD compliance
Environment Management: Coordinate patching cycles with Oracle, lead instance refreshes (Cloud Console), and execute post-clone activities
Operational Excellence: Monitor ESS jobs, track resolutions for scheduled processes, and manage BIP report migration folder access
Support & Integration: Manage Identity Federation, API Authentication Providers, and SSO. Lead service request (SR) coordination with Oracle support
Tenancy Management: Overhaul and maintain the OCI Tenancy, including Network, Storage, IAM, and ATP
Security & Monitoring: Implement OCI native security best practices, create alarms/alerts, and manage audit logs
Cost Optimization: Analyze cost utilization reports and implement strategies to optimize cloud spend
Qualification
Required
Minimum 12 years in Information Technology, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Oracle SaaS and IaaS administration
Bachelor's Degree (Basic Graduate) or equivalent
Strong expertise in the Fusion application environment and OCI native components
Proven ability to coordinate complex environment refreshes across SIT, UAT, and Production
