Responsibilities
Conduct data quality assessments to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and root causes across operational datasets
Analyze current-state data flows, system dependencies, and operational processes that impact data accuracy
Design improved or future-state data structures, mappings, and workflows in support of global clean-data efforts
Translate data and operational requirements into clear, actionable user stories for system enhancement teams
Support data cleansing activities, normalization efforts, and large-scale data remediation projects
Prepare and execute data-related test cases, queries, and validation scripts for UAT cycles
Collaborate with system owners to ensure data updates are implemented correctly and sustainably
Develop and maintain data dictionaries, standards, and governance documentation
Facilitate workshops with SMEs/stakeholders to align on data definitions and remediation plans
Identify risks across people, process, data, and systems related to data quality or change impacts
Review and contribute to training materials, process documentation, and user guides related to data and system updates
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in operations analysis, data analysis
Strong understanding of Data Center operations based data
AI knowledge, experience with AI tools
Skilled in documenting data flows, data models, and system/process interactions
Experience in Agile environments including writing user stories and acceptance criteria
Strong communication skills with ability to simplify complex data/system topics
Experience working across global or multi-region teams
Proficient with process modeling and data visualization tools
Comfortable creating test cases, performing UAT, and validating data updates
Preferred
JSON or Python coding knowledge
Experience with ServiceNow, CMDB, or operational workflow/data models
Experience delivering large-scale global data or system initiatives
Experience with ServiceNow data structures, CMDB, or operational modules
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks
