Responsibilities
Lead technical reviews and define engineering solutions for utility-scale Solar and BESS projects
Oversee design quality, engineering standards, and project delivery across multiple engagements
Mentor and develop multidisciplinary Technical and engineering teams
Collaborate with clients, developers, and internal stakeholders to deliver best-in-class technical advisory services
Support the development and implementation of engineering workflows, QA/QC processes, and best practices
Partner with leadership to strengthen delivery capabilities and operational scalability
Contribute to business growth through client engagement, strategic account expansion, and technical leadership during pursuits
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10 years of experience in utility-scale Solar PV and/or BESS projects
Strong experience managing engineering teams and client relationships
Demonstrated ability to lead technical design reviews and provide strategic engineering guidance
Deep understanding of grid-connected renewable energy projects and project lifecycle delivery
Experience working with developers, IPPs, utilities, or engineering consulting organizations
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in scaling a growing consulting platform
Preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) License – Preferred (Electrical discipline strongly valued)
