Responsibilities

Understand and translate operating company initiatives into strategic plans that align execution with broader business priorities and performance targets
Demonstrate the ability to influence up, across, and throughout the organization—driving alignment, gaining stakeholder commitment, and moving initiatives forward without formal authority through clear communication, strong relationship building, and data driven persuasion that enables faster, more effective decision-making‑building, and data‑driven persuasion
Demonstrate critical thinking and drive analytics including capturing and interpreting relevant data and making insight-driven recommendations to provide solutions for internal and external partners
Analyze distribution activities with a focus on insights to improve effectiveness of products, programs, and delivering a high level of service and value to our customers
Leverage emerging technologies to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance operational efficiency by proactively exploring, piloting, and implementing AI enabled solutions that increase the speed and effectiveness of supply chain processes.‑enabled solutions
Create and maintain documentation for both new and existing processes to ensure clarity and consistency that supports efficient onboarding and quick issue resolution
Provide ad hoc support to analyze and implement Client Success’s critical initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree or relevant supply chain/logistics 2+ years job experience required
Experience in supply chain management processes and systems
Leadership presence, comfortable interacting across multiple organization levels
Strong verbal and written communication skills, organized, focused, and take a disciplined approach to your work with a demonstrated ability to deliver timely, high-quality outputs
Well-developed problem solving and analytical capabilities to identify root problems and continuously improve processes by driving faster, more effective solutions
Outstanding interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively with others in a team environment that values speed, clarity, and performance
Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new technology quickly

Preferred

Experience in SAP and Blue Yonder highly preferred
