Responsibilities

Owns TDP, ISDP, PDP & CI of hydraulic modules
Leads and oversees a diverse global team of individual contributors & supervisors
Serves as a module project engineering champion
Develop and take ownership of comprehensive global budget and resource plans
Accountable for meeting cost/ quality/ timeline/ budget/ spec for the full solution
Owns the module strategy roadmap encompassing all agricultural products (respective area)

Required

3 or more years of leadership experience with a strong professional reputation
Proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships across all organizational levels and beyond
Effective handling of pressure and stressful situations
Strong conceptual and strategic thinker with initiative and a broad systems perspective
High drive, self‑discipline, efficiency, and organizational strength
Demonstrated technical excellence in mechanical engineering
Knowledge in hydraulic systems and components
Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following: Master / PHD in mechanical engineering or equivalent

Preferred

Expert in hydraulic system and component design
Design experience with hydraulic pumps or motor design and / or hydrostatic propulsion
Intercultural experience
