Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and maintain complex financial models in Excel
Design and implement advanced VBA solutions to automate calculations and workflows
Build labor cost models related to SAG, WGA, and DGA agreements
Perform financial scenario planning and “what-if” analyses
Clean, validate, and transform large datasets using VBA and Excel tools
Create user-friendly tools, dashboards, and templates for financial analysis
Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and documentation of models and macros
Troubleshoot and optimize existing Excel/VBA applications
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
3–7 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query)
Strong hands-on experience with Excel VBA development
Experience building financial models, particularly labor cost models
Solid understanding of financial analysis techniques and forecasting
Experience with data cleaning and automation in Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
