Responsibilities
Fine-tune and improve core TTS and LLM models for conversational applications
Research and prototype improvements in speech naturalness, prosody, and dialogue coherence
Work on pipelines combining ASR, LLMs, and TTS models
Experiment with model optimization, evaluation strategies, and data improvements
Implement and evaluate model-level changes using modern ML frameworks
Contribute to internal research documentation and technical reports
Collaborate on scalable architecture for real-time conversational AI systems
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Speech Processing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals (optimization, generalization, evaluation)
Published or submitted research papers in Machine Learning, Speech, NLP, or related areas
Preferred
Experience with speech technologies such as ASR, TTS, or vocoders
Familiarity with transformer-based models or Large Language Models (LLMs)
Experience with model fine-tuning, dataset curation, or evaluation pipelines
Contributions to research projects or open-source ML systems
