E-business International Inc is seeking an experienced Data Migration Architect to lead the design and execution of SAP data migration strategies for a complex ECC-to-S/4HANA consolidation. This role will focus on defining data extraction, transformation, load, and validation processes across four source systems and ensuring data readiness throughout the program lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Provide subject matter expertise in SAP data migration across all project phases
Design and oversee data extraction, transformation, load, and validation processes for migration to SAP S/4HANA
Use industry tools such as SNP CrystalBridge (or SAP DMLT) to define and execute migration strategies
Collaborate with functional process teams to drive data readiness and support business process alignment
Support functional teams in data design, conversion requirements, and testing activities
Participate in multiple integrated test cycles to validate data conversion and system readiness
Identify and communicate data defects, gaps, and risks discovered during testing and deployment
Escalate key decision points and risks to program leadership
Provide deployment and post-go-live data support

Required

7+ years of SAP Data Migration experience
Hands-on experience with ECC - S/4HANA migration projects

U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for Secret clearance
