Responsibilities
Develop and maintain software documentation, user guides, and process manuals
Create and update SOPs aligned with system enhancements and business changes
Work closely with SMEs, developers, and operations teams to gather accurate information
Ensure documentation supports AI-driven and automated workflows where applicable
Maintain consistency, clarity, and usability across all documentation
Qualification
Required
Proven experience writing documentation for software systems
Hands-on experience creating end-user guides and instructional materials
Strong background developing SOPs, workflows, and process documentation
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation
Experience collaborating with technical and business teams
Awareness and understanding of AI concepts
Ability to think through documentation and SOP implications for AI-driven tools
Preferred
Experience writing guidance that could support bots or automated workflows
Experience in the healthcare or insurance ecosystem
Familiarity with claims processing or customer service support environments
Experience documenting automated or workflow-driven systems
