Manage resources, schedules, and financials for Lee Health-supported community health initiatives
Ensure successful project delivery by managing issues, risks, and changes
Continuously verify that projects produce required deliverables within specified time and cost constraints, achieving all set requirements
Facilitate the development of innovative programs and services that meet the community's greatest needs and addresses the Community Health Needs Assessment
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in management, Administration, or related field required
Minimum of 5 years experience required in program or project management, particularly in healthcare or community health settings
Must have excellent oral and written communication, organizational, interpersonal and customer relations skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including excel and PowerPoint
Must be a team player, effectively interacting with all types of people from c-suite executives to children
Comfort multi-tasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment is essential
