Responsibilities
Conduct effective analysis of wire information to execute payments accurately to correspondent banks
Analyze online information and resolve customer issues promptly
Stay informed about regulatory changes and updates to departmental policies
Support the Department Manager in departmental projects and recommend procedural changes
Assist managerial staff with testing and implementing major and minor updates to core systems
Qualification
Required
Delivering operational support within the Wire Transfer Department
Receiving wire requests from clients and validating their authenticity by verifying customer signatures and confirming wire details over a recorded telephone line
Logging wire requests from customers, branches, and other departments
Processing wire transfer instructions through the Wire Transfer and SWIFT systems
Processing and repairing online customer-initiated wires and foreign exchange wires
Conducting effective analysis of wire information to execute payments accurately to correspondent banks
Analyzing online information and resolving customer issues promptly
Staying informed about regulatory changes and updates to departmental policies
Supporting the Department Manager in departmental projects and recommending procedural changes
Assisting managerial staff with testing and implementing major and minor updates to core systems
