Responsibilities
Assist Quality Control Supervisor in maintaining Quality Control Hold Log and keeping designated Quality Control hold areas organized
Assist as needed in the monthly retest or sampling of materials
Release products to ship as required, after all batch records have been reviewed & approved, and all testing is completed
Complete verification of order approval for Scheduling
Assist in equipment IQ/OQ completion
Assist with investigations
Checks all packaging (bulk powder & bulk capsules) work orders against the PFL’s
Approve work order folders for Scheduling
Physically maintain and manage the Q.C. Hold areas. This includes being responsible for all items that are put into or leave the hold areas and periodically inventorying the items that are awaiting dispositions
Assist in maintaining and managing the QC Hold Log. This includes updating and closing out files as needed
Assist in maintaining and retaining samples of packaging components in an orderly manner
Performs environmental sanitation sampling
