Responsibilities
Lead large-scale integration and automation programs across multiple business units
Oversee delivery of API integrations (REST, SOAP, GraphQL, Webhooks)
Manage implementation of middleware and iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, etc.)
Lead automation initiatives including workflow orchestration and RPA implementations
Manage full SDLC from requirements through development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support
Coordinate sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release readiness reviews
Manage third-party vendors and system integrators
Identify integration risks (data mapping, security, latency, performance)
Qualification
Required
6+ years of Project or Program Management experience in enterprise technology environments
Proven experience leading integration and automation initiatives
Strong understanding of APIs, middleware, and system architecture
Experience managing programs through full SDLC
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and/or hybrid delivery models
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and technical dependencies
Experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)
Excellent communication and executive reporting skills
Preferred
Experience with iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato)
Familiarity with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
