Responsibilities
Build, manage, and strengthen strategic supplier relationships while negotiating service and supply agreements for a variety of equipment categories-particularly those tied to O&M programs, long‑term service contracts, warranties, and performance guarantees
Support procurement decisions that account for maintainability, operability, availability, and total cost of ownership from early project development through long-term operations
Conduct global market research and assist in identifying and reducing risks across the supply chain, regulatory landscape, and operational performance areas that influence asset longevity and cost structure
Collaborate with cross‑functional partners including leadership, legal, development, finance, construction, operations, and asset management teams to ensure alignment between construction-phase execution and long-term operational strategy
Contribute to portfolio-wide planning by helping standardize commercial terms, scopes of work, and procurement approaches to streamline the transition from construction to operational readiness
Bring strong work capacity, hands-on experience in PV and BESS procurement, and a mindset oriented toward creative problem solving both in external negotiations and in building efficient internal processes that support long-term asset success
Qualification
Required
At least 4 years of relevant, high-performance professional experience is required
Success in this role requires strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills (written and verbal), and the ability to coordinate and manage multiple initiatives in parallel
Must be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, with the ability to track tasks, communicate project progress, and meet fixed deadlines
Preferred
A bachelor's or advanced degree in engineering or a related technical field is preferred
Experience working directly with O&M providers, asset management groups, or long-term service program planning is strongly preferred
Training or experience in finance, economics, project management, or certifications such as PMP or Lean Six Sigma are beneficial
