Responsibilities
Ability to lead cross-functional projects with varying technologies in multiple areas of the business
Utilize project collaboration tools to manage, create, and build effort-based plans
Track and monitor project progress, risks, and issues and escalate appropriately
Proactively manage project teams that are responsible for project deliverables
Identify opportunities for improvement, including process optimization, risk mitigation and technology utilization
Build a strong rapport with your project teams; be able to motivate and inspire
Work in a remote or remote/hybrid work environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
Ability to lead cross-functional projects with varying technologies in multiple areas of the business
Utilize project collaboration tools to manage, create, and build effort-based plans
Track and monitor project progress, risks, and issues and escalate appropriately
Proactively manage project teams that are responsible for project deliverables
Identify opportunities for improvement, including process optimization, risk mitigation and technology utilization
Build a strong rapport with your project teams; be able to motivate and inspire
Work in a remote or remote/hybrid work environment
Preferred
3 years of related work experience, 5+ years preferred
Experience in a Business Analyst or Project Manager role preferred
Experience with MS Teams, Smartsheet, Confluence, Jira, and/or other team/project collaboration tools
Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
Experience with Syncfusion EJ1/EJ2, XLSIO, PDF handling a plus
Experience with .NET (C# language), .NET Framework (4.6 or higher), .NET 6.0 or 8.0 (upgrading from .NET 3.51 a plus), EntityFramework 6.0, ASP.MVC, and MS T-SQL language preferred
