Responsibilities
Work with clients every day to gather requirements, discuss changes, and resolve issues
Coordinate with third-party vendors and other application teams to resolve integration issues
Support team members by sharing business knowledge and providing initial application knowledge transfer (KT) as needed
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within SLA timelines and provide triage for high-priority outages
Support migrations, patches, and upgrades by coordinating with IE, DBA, Network, and related teams
Build data integration packages (graphs, plans, DBC files) using Ab Initio, Unix shell scripting, and SQL
Analyze business requirements, evaluate specifications, and develop technical solutions for new and existing systems
Identify defects, propose process improvements, and support system enhancements through modeling, simulations, and analysis
Validate program logic by preparing test data, performing system testing, and supporting production deployments
Manage production activities including installs, schedules, and job monitoring using CA7 and Autosys
Assist offshore teams by explaining complex business logic and ensuring proper understanding of system functionalities
Qualification
Required
