Learning and Development Program Manager
The QTI Group is partnering with a Madison-based client to hire a Learning and Development Program Lead. This role will play an integral part in the design, development and implementation of training initiatives grounded in the ADDIE training model approach, providing strategic oversight with hands-on delivery.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain comprehensive training strategy, including any training risks and resource needs
Establish and maintain standardized raining templates, rules and style guidelines
Oversee development of eLearning modules, job aids, facilitator guides and more
Lead and support training delivery, both in-person and remote
Manage all logistics and scheduling of training delivery
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand training needs, timelines and
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education or similar field required
7+ years of experience in learning/development setting with oversight of development of training strategy and materials
Preferred
3 years of experience in insurance operations desired
