Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze large and complex datasets from multiple sources
Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business initiatives
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve operational efficiency and revenue growth
Conduct exploratory data analysis and deep-dive investigations
Evaluate business trade-offs and quantify potential impact of strategic decisions
Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations, etc.) to understand business needs
Translate business problems into analytical frameworks and solutions
Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance best practices
Support A/B testing, forecasting, and performance tracking initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in data analysis or business analytics
Strong proficiency in SQL (advanced querying, joins, aggregations)
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
Experience with Python or R for data analysis
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
