Responsibilities
Lead and manage project timelines, identifying key tasks and milestones to ensure on-time launches
Present launch and transversal project reviews, escalate risks to leadership, and drive resolutions
Guide Marketing in new innovation briefs and product conception to ensure design aligns with Agility, Profitability, and Client’s For the Future (L4TF)
Partner with cross-functional teams to engage Operations and drive ownership on transversal projects
Analyze project viability in terms of cost, timeline, and sustainability (L4TF)
Collaborate with R&D and Operations on harmonization, profitability, and sustainability initiatives
Lead plant transfers and manage feasibility costs and COG analysis
Provide guidance and support to team members on development projects and related tasks
Maintain knowledge of emerging trends and new technologies within the packaging development field
Qualification
Required
Minimum 7+ years of experience in packaging/product development and project management, preferably in cosmetics, consumer goods, or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Operations, or a related technical discipline
Strong project management skills with experience leading new product launches from start to finish
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, R&D)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to influence internal and external stakeholders
Must be comfortable working on-site in Clark, NJ
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and project management tools
Preferred
Packaging technical experience is a plus
