$40/hr - $40/hrStaffana is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering and solution design initiatives across complex business and technology projects. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to define business processes, develop functional specifications, and support solution implementation and user adoption.

Responsibilities
Lead requirements elicitation sessions and create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) including scope, cost, objectives, milestones, and timelines
Define business processes, system relationships, and application flows
Develop business and system use cases to support solution design
Analyze complex business challenges, assess risks, and recommend practical solutions
Collaborate with Scrum Master to track sprint progress and monitor user story delivery
Support UAT, validate deliverables, and resolve post-production functional issues
Generate and analyze consolidated reports using Microsoft Office 365 (Advanced Excel required)
Provide user training and contribute to user guides and new process documentation
Interface directly with clients in Retail, CPG, and Logistics sectors
Provide oversight and guidance to junior/peer analysts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree (B.E., B.Tech, or BCA)
Proven experience working as a Senior Business Analyst in cross-functional environments
Strong experience creating BRDs, functional specifications, and use cases independently
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel reporting required)
Experience in Agile environments, including sprint tracking
Prior exposure to Retail, CPG, or Logistics industries
Understanding of SDLC processes, basic software security principles, and OWASP Top 10 concepts
Strong analytical, risk assessment, and impact analysis skills
Excellent attention to detail and follow-up management
Preferred
Master's Degree (M.Tech or MCA)
MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 Business School
