Responsibilities
Lead service and experience design efforts tied to Salesforce unification
Design workflows that support multiple case types within a single system
Translate complex, custom Salesforce environments into intuitive user experiences
Partner closely with product managers, Salesforce teams, and engineering
Drive adoption of low-code / no-code components and reusable patterns
Contribute to journey maps, blueprints, and future-state service models
Balance business rules, platform capabilities, and user needs
Qualification
Required
Senior or Staff-level experience in Service Design, Product Design, or UX
Hands-on experience designing within Salesforce ecosystems
Familiarity with multiple Salesforce instances / org consolidation
Experience navigating highly customized / complex environments
Strong systems thinking and workflow design skills
Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
Portfolio demonstrating enterprise / platform-based design
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce Lightning / low-code tools
Background in case management, CRM, or operational workflows
Experience supporting platform modernization initiatives
