Responsibilities
Participate in requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design
Develop and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
Create integrations/interfaces between internal and third-party systems
Enhance and maintain IT Chatbot solutions (Copilot Studio/Power Virtual Agent)
Build and support AI-driven automation solutions
Ensure security compliance and adherence to organizational standards
Document solutions for maintainability and scalability
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power BI, Dataverse)
5+ years of experience with Azure automation tools (Azure Runbooks, Azure Functions, Azure Web Apps)
Experience building automation and integration solutions
Strong programming skills in PowerShell, C#, SQL, .NET
Experience developing custom APIs for third-party integrations
Knowledge of SQL and Cosmos DB
Experience with Azure Application Insights and Log Analytics
Experience using AI for process automation and optimization
