Design, build, and operate cloud-native, data-intensive systems on AWS
Qualification
Required
4+ years of professional software engineering experience building production systems
Strong Java with Spring Framework (Spring Boot)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience with microservices architecture and API development
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfort with Agile operating models
Proficient in data modeling and building reliable data integrations and APIs
Experience with CI/CD using GitLab CI/CD and Git version control; strong familiarity with merge requests, code reviews, and branching strategies
Preferred
Knowledge of distributed systems
Knowledge of AWS services – compute, networking, storage, databases, messaging queues, serverless, and observability
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
Previous experience in financial services or fintech is a significant advantage
