Responsibilities
Support the full lifecycle of Beacon implementation, including identification, analysis, design, build, testing, training, and go-live support
Design and build workflows for Hematology Oncology and Radiation Oncology
Collaborate cross-functionally with application teams to ensure Beacon build activities remain aligned with project timelines
Proactively identify and escalate risks or issues to the Ancillary Director and Beacon Lead; participate in migration planning and issue resolution
Work independently and collaboratively to complete assigned deliverables
Mentor team members to promote knowledge sharing and team development
Perform additional duties as needed to support project and organizational goals
Qualification
Required
Epic-certified Beacon Analyst
Strong protocol build experience
Hands-on expertise in Beacon build and workflow development across oncology specialties
Support the full lifecycle of Beacon implementation, including identification, analysis, design, build, testing, training, and go-live support
Design and build workflows for Hematology Oncology and Radiation Oncology
Collaborate cross-functionally with application teams to ensure Beacon build activities remain aligned with project timelines
