Responsibilities
Represent Quality in daily production meetings and interact with customers to resolve issues
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions using 8D methodology
Identify non-compliance, update processes, and maintain clear documentation with strong writing skills
Develop, maintain, and apply quality standards, inspection plans, and statistical methods
Perform audits, analyze quality trends, and recommend improvements to processes and products
Apply lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles to enhance product and process quality
Mentor team members and share specialized knowledge across functions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
1-2+ years of quality engineering or manufacturing experience, ideally in aerospace
Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
Familiarity with statistical analysis, sampling plans, process control, and quality systems
Comfortable questioning processes, escalating issues, and interacting with customers
Preferred
ASQ certification
Hands-on experience in manufacturing engineering
Aerospace industry experience
