Responsibilities
Analyze operational workflows, systems, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Develop and implement process optimization initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports for leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, supply chain, IT, quality, and finance
Support capacity planning, resource allocation, and performance forecasting efforts
Investigate operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical reports
Support automation initiatives and system enhancements where applicable
Ensure compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and quality guidelines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Systems, or related discipline)
3+ years of experience in operations engineering, process improvement, or operational support roles
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar platforms)
Experience with ERP systems and operational reporting tools
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
