U.S. Retail Incentives Analytics Analyst

Stellantis is a major player in the automotive industry, and they are seeking a U.S. Retail Incentives Analytics Analyst. This role is responsible for managing the monthly actual and forecast/budget development and reporting for incentive programs, while also supporting compliance activities and providing user support for internal systems.

Responsibilities

Monthly actual and forecast/budget development and reporting function for all national and regional incentive programs for the US Retail Market
Performing monthly account reconciliations and weekly cash forecast submissions
Maintaining multiple Hyperion Essbase cubes, primary business user of IDSS, and providing user support for IDR system internal Incentives data
Supporting SOX compliance activities across multiple systems while ensuring compliance with quarterly audit requirements
Performing various special studies as required
Participating in meeting with Director and Senior management personnel within Sales & Marketing Finance

Required

Bachelor's in Finance, Business, Accounting or a related field
Minimum 1 year of finance or accounting experience
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to change
Skilled in Microsoft Excel
Strong ability to manage large data sets
Strong analytical, communication, and critical thinking skills
Substantial exposure/experience in Sales & Marketing, Sales & Marketing Finance, Pricing, or Competitive Analysis

Preferred

MBA or MS in Finance or Accounting
Knowledge of automotive industry and key practices
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Oracle SMART VIEW, QlikView and Qlik Sense
Ability to multi-task and adapt easily to change, including prioritization of assignments
Results-oriented: possessing the abilities to plan, develop, implement and measure results
Knowledge of SOX regulation
Experience as business user for IT systems and implementing Enhancements is a plus
