Responsibilities
Support products through the life cycle and work on process improvement
Work and optimize process development in dermal filler products
Provide reliable scientific data to improve the processes
Spend most of the day in the lab, setting up equipment, executing experiments, and extracting data
Participate in meaningful projects that have a tangible impact on our business and the broader market
Perform experiments and present work within internal team showcases
Qualification
Required
Candidates with 7 or more years of professional work experience in lab or process development roles will be considered overqualified for this entry-level position
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related scientific field
Previous research and/or laboratory experience
Hands-on lab activities experience
Mixing steps and gel categorization in rheology knowledge
Proficiency in equipment design, optimization, and troubleshooting
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Technical team and non-technical concepts knowledge
Scientific and curious mindset
Preferred
Prior experience with hydrogel or polymer and modifying equipment is ideal
Exposure to process chemistry, modeling/simulation, and data analysis software
