Responsibilities
Lead the execution of complex cloud-based initiatives, coordinating efforts across multiple Agile teams to ensure achievement of key milestones and strategic goals
Guide and manage Agile ceremonies—such as sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement—to support team consistency, alignment, and transparency
Demonstrate executive-level leadership presence, acting as the main liaison for stakeholders, providing clarity, anticipating challenges, and supporting informed decisions across all levels
Anticipate and address obstacles, manage interdependencies, and escalate risks appropriately to sustain delivery progress
Collaborate closely with engineering and cloud architecture teams to support planning, align resources, and ensure compliance with cloud standards and best practices
Promote clear communication and transparency by developing concise, executive-level updates, dashboards, and reporting materials that highlight progress, impacts, and risks
Advocate for Agile principles and practices, mentoring teams to enhance delivery performance, collaboration, and team effectiveness
Improve delivery operations by identifying opportunities to optimize workflows, reinforce governance, and drive ongoing program improvements
Qualification
Required
3–6 years of experience in program or project management, or Agile delivery positions
Proven track record of overseeing projects within cloud-based environments
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
Ability to demonstrate executive-level professionalism, sound judgment, and leadership presence
Experience working with cross-functional teams in dynamic, matrixed organizational settings
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
