The ideal candidate will work from detailed work instructions and engineering documentation to complete high-quality builds in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
Perform mechanical and basic electronic assembly operations
Follow detailed work instructions, procedures, and engineering documents
Perform basic soldering (required)
Conduct basic troubleshooting during assembly processes
Document build records accurately and thoroughly
Utilize hand tools, computers, and special tooling daily
Interpret schematics and technical drawings
Move materials as needed throughout the assembly process
Maintain a strong safety mindset and follow all procedures
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or AA/AS degree (or 2-year post high school technical training)
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in electronic or mechanical assembly
Military training in building and/or troubleshooting mechanical components may be considered equivalent
Basic soldering experience (required)
Basic assembly troubleshooting skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
