Technical Program Manager III, AI Systems, Trust and Safety

Responsibilities
Lead and execute ads traffic quality (AdSpam) and publisher quality programs across sellside products to drive business outcomes that promote the mission of a trusted ads ecosystem
Ensure all projects within the program contribute directly to the Trust and Safety (T&S) Consumer business generation strategic objectives; oversees and drive the transformation of business to achieve the long-term goal
Partner with cross-functional program teams influencing alignment on program goals and strategy
Develop relationships and communicate findings to all levels of management
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Enforcement teams to lead the deployment of AI-first, AI-centric, and AI-assisted solutions to automate high-complexity content moderation and fraud detection workflows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in program management
Experience with the Large Language Model (LLM) life-cycle
Experience in new and emerging capabilities of AI systems
Preferred
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience navigating and influence cross-team stakeholders at executive levels
Excellent investigative capabilities and expertise in bringing structure and clarity to complex and ambiguous situations
Ability to work independently and complete projects from end-to-end and in a timely manner
