Responsibilities
Lead and manage enterprise Data Governance and Information Governance initiatives
Define, implement, and enforce data governance frameworks, policies, standards, and operating models
Own and manage Information Governance Catalogs, including metadata, data lineage, and business definitions
Act as a key liaison between business, data, compliance, and IT teams to identify critical data elements (CDEs) and assign data ownership and stewardship
Ensure data quality, regulatory compliance, and risk management across enterprise data platforms
Drive onboarding of data assets into governance a nd catalog tools, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Oversee governance workflows, stewardship processes, and issue resolution
Provide guidance and mentorship to Data Consultants / Information Management Analysts
Support audits, regulatory requirements, and enterprise data initiatives through strong governance practices
Qualification
Required
Lead and manage enterprise Data Governance and Information Governance initiatives

Proven experience in a Data Governance Lead or Manager capacity
Mandatory hands-on experience with Alation (catalog administration, metadata management, stewardship workflows)
Strong knowledge of Information Governance tools such as Alation, Collibra, Informatica, or similar platforms
