Responsibilities
Architect and deliver high-quality front-end experiences using React while integrating with scalable back-end services
Lead projects focused on automation and workflow efficiency to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce manual effort
Enhance internal tools and platforms—such as intranet sites, support systems, and monitoring dashboards—with intuitive, responsive UI/UX
Drive innovation, challenge outdated processes, and collaborate across teams to deliver modern engineering solutions
Serve as a technical lead, mentoring junior developers on React best practices, component architecture, and clean coding principles
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on experience with React + TypeScript
5+ years of experience with C#/.NET Core development
Strong knowledge of DevOps tools & practices (e.g., Git-based repos, CI/CD pipelines, security scanning, deployment workflows)
Advanced SQL expertise—query optimization, troubleshooting, and database performance tuning
Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs
Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, JWT, and modern authentication/authorization models
Preferred
Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
Proven mentorship experience—code reviews, pair programming, onboarding new engineers, and knowledge-sharing sessions
