Marketing Content & Creative Lead
Mispro is a growing organization looking for a Marketing Content & Creative Lead to bring their marketing campaigns to life through compelling visuals and engaging content. This hands-on role focuses on creating impactful creative across digital marketing channels while collaborating closely with senior marketing leadership.
Responsibilities
Execute content across digital marketing channels, including social media and web
Design visual assets, short-form video, and campaign creative using approved tools and templates
Translate campaign briefs into polished, on-brand deliverables
Manage content calendars and publishing schedules
Support website content updates (copy and image refreshes)
Maintain organized creative files, templates, and brand assets
Collaborate with external creative partners as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
4–6 years of experience in content, creative, or digital marketing roles
Strong visual and editorial judgment with a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite, with basic video-editing skills
Portfolio or recent work samples, please include links to relevant creative work (digital, visual, and/or video content) when applying
Preferred
Experience creating content for B2B audiences
