Responsibilities

Own Process Improvement Projects: Lead a defined two-and-a-half-month project focused on improving data structures and financial reporting to deliver actionable insights for the Digital Business Unit Profit
Collaborate for Business Growth: Partner closely with Digital Business Unit Finance leadership to understand software platforms and technology-driven deals, ensuring financial models align with the unit's rapid growth
Ensure Operational Excellence: Establish and maintain financial processes that ensure compliance with organizational standards while navigating a dynamic, "fire-drill" environment

Required

Currently a rising junior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (specifically Google Sheets) for data management and reporting
Proven ability to deal with ambiguity, maintain high attention to detail, and take initiative while remaining coachable
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others and collaborate effectively within a new, evolving team structure
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and for the full duration of the internship
