Responsibilities
Drive a large program as a Tech PM with skills in Contact Center Program Experience
Manage large CCaaS contact Center implementation involving IVR, CTI, Chat, Integration
Deploy Dynamics 365 in complex environments and global multi-geo rollouts
Identify risks associated with the program
Interface with third-party vendors like Microsoft
Execute full end-to-end D365 Contact Center projects
Oversee daily project/engagement/contract/activity
Deliver high-quality results within identified objectives and constraints
Plan, organize, secure, monitor and manage resources and work necessary to deliver specific project goals and objectives
Translate clients' complex business requirements into formal agreements
Establish specific solutions, applications or processes for customer acceptance
Work with client team members and executives to identify business requirements
Lead others in initiating, planning, controlling, executing and closing client solutions
Manage a wide range of process activities from request for proposal through development and final delivery
Qualification
Required
Contact Center Program Experience
Large CCaaS contact Center implementation experience is required involving IVR, CTI, Chat, Integration
Experience of deployment of Dynamics 365 in complex environment and global multi-geo rollout
Understand of key Dynamics 365 requirement and capability, and ability to identify risk with the program
Good interfacing skills with third-party like Microsoft and other vendors
Should have executed on full end to end D365 Contact Center project
Preferred
Experience with Avaya, Genesys or related legacy CTI platform is nice to have
