Senior Program Manager

Atlas Connections is partnering with a design firm to hire a senior program leader to own end-to-end delivery of factory-built industrial equipment across multiple manufacturing sites. This high-visibility role involves driving alignment across engineering, production, supply chain, quality, and operations to ensure programs meet cost, schedule, and quality targets.

Responsibilities

Own program execution from kickoff through build readiness, production, delivery, and field support as needed (scope/schedule/cost/risk/quality)
Lead program cadence, governance, and executive-level reporting—surfacing risks early and driving clear action plans
Coordinate long-lead planning, procurement needs, and material readiness with Supply Chain
Drive change control, cost tracking, forecasting, and variance reporting to maintain financial transparency
Align multi-facility capacity, priorities, and integrated schedules to support on-time delivery
Partner with Engineering to resolve design/manufacturability challenges and drive continuous improvement
Work closely with Quality and Production to ensure performance and quality targets are achieved
Support operational readiness reviews and ensure consistent execution methods across sites

Required

Bachelor's degree required
10+ years leading complex programs in manufacturing, industrial equipment, fabrication, modular/offsite, EPC, or related environments
Strong command of program controls: schedule management, risk mitigation, change control, and stakeholder governance
Experience owning program financials (forecasting, variance, cost control; P&L/margin accountability strongly preferred)
Comfortable operating across multiple facilities and cross-functional teams (engineering, ops, supply chain, quality)
Strong communication skills; able to present clearly to senior leadership and external stakeholders
Proficiency with common planning/reporting tools (ERP/MRP systems plus MS Project/Smartsheet or similar)

Preferred

Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related preferred; MBA/advanced degree a plus
