Responsibilities
Serve as the primary onsite resource during cutover activities under guidance of the Cutover Lead
Coordinate with technical and business teams to prepare, validate, and execute cutover plans
Track milestones, manage dependencies, and report progress in real time
Proactively identify risks and support mitigation strategies
Ensure all prerequisites for cutover are met
Support post-cutover validation and issue resolution
Maintain clear, timely communication with stakeholders throughout the lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Proven hands-on cutover planning & execution experience on large-scale implementations
Strong grasp of standard APM responsibilities (scheduling, coordination, reporting)
Ability to perform under pressure while managing multiple priorities
Excellent stakeholder communication and organizational skills
Preferred
Experience with ERP or large system implementations
Oil & Gas industry exposure preferred
