The 2nd Shift Operations Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily activities of the warehouse team, ensuring world-class customer service and safety adherence while driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Supervises warehouse team members and daily activities
Fosters a best place to work culture through employment engagement
Manages, evaluates and reports on warehouse productivity
Tracks and coordinates the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials
Drives Safety culture through facilitating safety meetings and assuring the maintenance of a safe work environment
Orders supplies and maintains suitable inventory levels
Communicates and coordinates with both internal and external customers
Hires, trains and monitors employee performance against company KPI’s
Prepares and reconciles required production and inventory reports
Cross-trains employees in all warehouse operations
Provides project assistance to Operations Manager or Director as required
Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws, as well as occupational health and safety regulation
Undertake other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Prioritization and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills
Must be able to interact with Champro customers and teammates
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and data entry software
Must have ability to remain flexible in a dynamic work environment
Flexibility to cover any shifts as needed
Previous experience in performance management
Preferred
Understanding of shipping logistics
Previous experience in a distribution facility
Previous SAP/ WMS/ RF or related experience
LEAN Warehousing experienced a plus
Power Equipment experience
Bi-lingual in Spanish
