Travel Specialist
netPolarity, Inc. is seeking a Travel Specialist to support their global travel program. The role involves enhancing processes and supporting employees with travel-related issues, though it does not include booking travel directly.
Responsibilities
Experience that demonstrates master customer care – be 100% customer focused
Experience with Sabre, GDS Systems, Expense Systems, online booking tools
5+ years previous experience working in a corporate environment including meeting and event planning
Coordinate with suppliers and partners to resolve booking issues
Resolve problems by applying established Nutanix policies, procedures, and tactics
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Addressing, preempting, and solving problems; you will be an owner and anticipate issues before they come your way
Keep high satisfaction standards and exceed customer expectations when overseeing travel and events
Thinking out-of-the-box when anything established does not solve issues
Help define and establish best practices
Adapt fast to changes and contribute to your role smoothly with a positive mindset
Be independent and autonomous; you can get tasks completed on your own
Good prioritizations and focus skills
Empathy to understand what our customers need
Fast learner and tech-savvy
Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback
