Responsibilities
Develop, manage, maintain, and support custom and cloud-based manufacturing systems
Monitor and maintain stable business-critical applications
Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers
Troubleshoot database performance issues (Microsoft SQL Server)
Manage SQL jobs, SSIS/DTS packages, and deployments using Visual Studio 2019
Collaborate with IT teams and third-party vendors to deliver projects
Follow Agile, Waterfall, and ITIL methodologies
Maintain ticketing documentation and communicate issue resolution plans
Support end-users with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
Execute system maintenance plans and coordinate upgrades
Qualification
Required
7+ years of IT systems experience (databases, networks, hardware/software)
3+ years of C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, .NET Core development
2+ years developing database solutions (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle)
Strong T-SQL and SSMS experience
Experience with JavaScript frameworks (Angular, Node.js)
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Preferred
CI/CD experience
Azure DevOps and Pipelines a plus
