Responsibilities

Design and develop applications using Appian SAIL and Process Models
Build and maintain integrations with external systems via APIs
Optimize application UI performance and responsiveness
Write and execute unit and integration tests
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement

Required

Appian Level 2 Developer Certification (verification required)
Agile methodology experience (8+ years preferred overall SDLC exposure)
Strong design, development, and analytical skills
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field
Equivalent work experience may be considered (minimum high school diploma required)

Preferred

3+ years of hands-on Appian or low-code platform development experience
Experience with Government Acquisition Management Suite (GAMS)
Experience working in enterprise or public-sector environments
