Documentation Coordinator
HireTalent is a staffing and recruiting firm seeking a Project Documentation Coordinator. This role is responsible for gathering and delivering project information, supporting project management tasks, and facilitating collaboration among teams.

Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, translate, and deliver information in clear, concise, and meaningful formats based on project and program requirements
Provide support and assistance to the project manager in scheduling, documentation, communication, and cost management
Update the project plan and assist in information collection and validation
Provide input to project research information
Facilitate the creation and maintenance of collaborative documents and data stores
Help prepare status reports and presentations
Coordinate the activities of a project sub-team and/or project activities to ensure the completion of assigned tasks
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
2-4 years of experience in project coordination or a related role
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements
Preferred
Experience in a similar industry or field
Familiarity with project management software and tools
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus
