Responsibilities
Assist in project planning, estimating, and ensuring that projects meet their deadlines and budget requirements
Support program management tasks
Track project progress
Generate reports
Participate in meetings
Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and efficient execution of deliverables
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (rising sophomore, junior, or senior preferred)
Demonstrated interest in project coordination, construction management, or program support through coursework, student organizations, or prior internships
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Effective verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with team members, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management software is a plus
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in dynamic job site and office environments
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Houston, TX area for the duration of the summer internship (housing assistance not provided)
Willing and able to travel locally to project sites as needed
