Responsibilities
Apply advanced mathematical modeling and quantitative rigor to optimize systematic trading strategies in a multi product environment
Design and deploy robust systems, internal tools, and dashboards that directly enhance our trading execution and risk management capabilities
Take ownership of a capstone project within a specific rotation (e.g., Derivatives or Prime Finance), moving from conceptual research to actionable market insights
Navigate the high-stakes volatility of crypto markets by helping managing real-time data flows and identifying patterns that impact the firm’s PnL
Learn the inner workings of the Anchorage Prime ecosystem, understanding how institutional liquidity, custody, and settlement interact
Work with the middle and back office to ensure that complex trades are not just executed, but seamlessly integrated into our operational framework
Absorb institutional wisdom through direct mentorship from Wall Street veterans who have been in the digital assets industry for several cycles, translating high-level strategy into technical execution
Present your research and strategy findings to the broader trading desk, defending your logic and influencing real-world trading decisions and client interactions
Qualification
Required
Focus on a quantitative subject at school (engineering, computer science, math, economics, etc.)
Have demonstrable, innate curiosity for capital markets, specifically the digital assets sector
Have traded yourself in a personal account and/or have participated in any blockchain native activities
Preferred
Have a deep understanding of tokenomics, token incentive structures, as well as the history of token prices and the narratives that drive them
